Motorkhana

What is a motorkhana?

Motorkhanas are a fun and safe form of motorsport that test car control, acceleration, braking, and handling. They are run in controlled conditions, making them ideal for beginners.

Events take place on flat surfaces such as paddocks or car parks, with courses marked out using flags. Both everyday road cars and purpose-built vehicles can compete, with multiple classes available.

Juniors can participate from 12 years of age, and very little vehicle preparation is required. To compete, you simply need a Club Membership and a Motorsport Australia licence, which can be purchased on the day.

There are 5 common tests shown in the below animations.
